Complete Your Listings:  Start Earning!

For both PALs and Pro PALs, your web page/website domain content and listing content you create on the IACFB Lenders Directories are critical “success” components of your marketing plan for SQL lead generation.  These two listings work hand in hand to tell your story.  They showcase your capabilities in finance and provide factoring and other services for business owners in need of capital.  These two listings enhance your LinkedIn profile and other social media, which are the keys to your success in generating Sales Qualified Leads and, ultimately, new clients (and commission income).

First, Complete Your Lenders Directory Listing

Your listing in the Directory of American Factors and Lenders provides much of the data for your web page listing in the PAL Program, so you will complete this listing first.

Access the Listing Form

  1. From any browser, go to www.lendersdirectories.com
  2. From any page, select ADD A LISTING.
  3. Select BROKERS or CONSULTANTS  to display the Listing Details form.

Enter Your Basic Data

  1. Company Name: Enter Your Company Name  (Use capitals here to make your COMPANY NAME stand out)
  2. Broker / Consultant Type:  You are a PAL Agent (if you are using a web page) or Factoring Broker (if you are a Pro PAL and using a full SA-Series website)
  3. About Me: This text area is essential and is all about you, your business, and its capabilities.  It should match the information you publish on LinkedIn in your profile.  Look at this as advertising.  You are selling your services to prospective clients in this area.  Additionally, this data is copied and used in your web page listing in the Partners Program, or it should beAgent Completing a Listing duplicated on a given page, such as “About Me” on your SA-Series website.
  4. Consultant Financing Services: If you are a PAL with Academy training, select “Accounts Receivable Factoring” only.  If you are a “Pro PAL” with additional Academy training, select additional products you are comfortable with.
  5. Additional Services: This is a text selection for those with other “primary” vocations.  For example, bookkeepers, mortgage note brokers, notaries, etc., would add content in this area.
  6. Preferred Industries:  This is a CRITICALLY IMPORTANT area for you to complete, and we allow you up to 30 choices.  In the directories, business owners can search for financing providers familiar with their business type or industry.  If you list their type, you will show it as a “MATCH.”  For agents, you will select only industries that are B2B since you typically only provide factoring services.  Sponsored agents offering products such as merchant cash advances would add to consumer industries.  For example..here is a difference.  An AGENT may select an industry such as “Cosmetics and Fashion Manufacturers.”  That business is B2B and financed through factoring.  The AGENT would never additionally add “Cosmetics and Fashion Retail” since that is a B2C retail operator seeking financing and would be financed through a merchant cash advance.   NOTE:  Of the 25-30 industries you choose to populate this area, IACFB staff will select ten (10) that will also be added to your WordPress Partners web page.
  7. State: Self-explanatory
  8. Location: Self-explanatory
  9. Website: This will be the domain of your web page or website.
  10. Phone:  As an AGENT, it is critical that you always have a phone number “answered” during normal operating hours.  DO NOT take the risk of losing a lead.  Since an average factoring lead that turns into just a “SMALL” client can mean $200-$300 commission paid to you every month with a life of  5-7 years, DO YOU REALLY WANT TO RISK LOSING $25,000 because you didn’t answer the phone?
  11. Contact: Your First and Last Name
  12. Logo or Personal Image: This should be the SAME image on your LinkedIn profile.
  13. Social Networks:  Select LinkedIn. Then go to your LinkedIn Profile page and copy and paste this URL into this text box.  Add other social media, but LinkedIn is a must.
  14. Gallery Images:  You can add up to three (3) images.  They can be about you, the town you live in, sports you’re involved in, virtually anything that helps to build a “relationship” with a visitor to your listing.
  15. Broker Referral Information: Select the “Pays for Referral” option.  You will always pay for a referral sent to you.
  16. Certification:  This is an IACFB ONLY entry and is completed if and when you complete a Class Marker Certification

Second, Complete Your PAL Web Page Listing

Most of the information for the construction of your Partners Web Page is taken from the completion of your Lenders Directory Listing. Additionally, however, your web page will include…

  1. Recent Articles of Interest:  These are articles that you will ultimately post on your partner’s site or on LinkedIn itself. By default, we will post three or four articles that are already available on the site.
  2.  You Can Find Me At: This is another vital entry that lets local business owners know where they can run into you. They may even find out you are a member of a club or organization you both frequent.
  3. Request Your FREE Guide: This is an automated lead-generator on your page.  It is a “Call-to-Action” offer your visitors can execute to download a FREE booklet on factoring.  When a visitor completes the form, it registers on your provided email at the Partners site.  It also registers with IACFB staff, and we follow up on this lead like any other.  You can get a copy of the booklet for yourself and keep your documents on your computer by accessing its page.  It is located on a page named “confirmation,” and an example is  https://www.factorusahouston.com/confirmation/

You will receive an email from IACFB staff requesting the above information, which must be inserted manually into the page.
