With the PALs Program continuing to expand, we have taken the time to better define the current commission rates for all PALs program members. Amazon, simply being Amazon, the monthly sales of the Factoring 101 Broker’s Guide have more than tripled as compared to last year, and we can only attribute that to two things…
- The factoring guide available on Amazon is in paperback form and basically delivered to your door…and
- More entrepreneurs are exploring home-based income options as they lose their current jobs to AI.
Because of the significant increase in factoring guide sales from both Amazon and the PDF immediate download from the Academy, we have slightly redefined the PALs Program to better represent and support those launching a business in factoring using the factoring guide as their cornerstone.
Immediate Program and Commission Updates
We have increased the levels of the PALs Program from three (3) levels to four (4), and that is primarily due to the increase in paperback guide sales on Amazon. The current PALs program levels are:
- PAL REFERRER (5%): This is the FREE program entry level for those who initially explore our industry and want to participate by simply submitting a lead to our underwriting team, and we do the rest. There is zero cost to this program and is often used by those in the accounting arena, such as bookkeepers, who already understand a bit about factoring but do not take the time to work the deals themselves. This was the PALs Affiliates level in the earlier program, and the referrer level operates on a “sharing” arrangement with commissions earned shared 50% -50% with IACFB. Referrers simply send in a Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), and we do the rest.
- PAL AFFILIATES (10%): This is one of the primary reasons for the program upgrade and relates to the increase in Amazon paperback sales. NEW PAL Affiliates now enjoy a full 10% of the factoring fees earned vs. 5% of the factoring fees earned under the OLD Affiliates Program. We are currently updating statuses on the PALs site to reflect their current program. If you have invested in training by either purchasing a factoring guide from Amazon or downloading a PDF version from the Academy itself, you are now paid the industry standard rate of 10% of the factoring fees earned.
- PAL ASSOCIATES (up to 15%): PAL Associates are Full Factoring Academy members who tend to be full-time brokers using and invested in either SA-Series or FB-Series and are very active with the tools that come with them. For those consultants using the PALs Program and the Sales Qualified Leads support system for deal submissions, they are awarded the maximum commission negotiated with the factor up to 15%, and they do not share with IACFB.
- PRO PALS: The Pro-PALs election continues to provide full commission payouts along with zero-cost website hosting and upgraded website templates once any Associate has submitted three (3) or more leads successfully resulting in new clients through the PALs Program.

Virtually all IACFB members and even magazine subscribers request PAL Program network membership simply because it is so easy to submit a sales qualified lead and earn a lucrative monthly factoring commission simply by being at the right place at the right time and being armed with a little factoring knowledge to create a lead. And, though we’ve made every effort to assign all IACFB members and even guests, we want to make certain you have the right commission schedule and broker’s agreements going forward.
